The magazine especially focused on regional delicacies and organic products. The distribution was targeted to professionals at food stores, retailers, restaurants and institutional kitchens in Finland. In the metropolitan region the magazine was also distributed to consumers. The magazine gained visibility at various food events and fairs where it was exposed to a large number of visitors. Circulation 5,000 - 20,000.
